Questions to ponder when studying the ten commandments:
- What does it mean literally, on the surface, in the time of Moses?
- What is the deeper spiritual meaning of the commandment?
- What would happen if it was obeyed? Individually? Collectively?
- What would happen if it was disobeyed?
- How can I put this commandment into daily practice? Is it relevant to me today?
